Try this refreshing cantaloupe smoothie.
To serve two, cut 1/2 ripe cantaloupe and scoop out the flesh.
Put into a blender with about 6 cubes ice.
Add 1 cup almond milk (or other milk)
Blend on high speed until the ice, milk, and cantaloupe are smooth.
Sweet and refreshing.
