Non-Organic

Budget-minded?

It is NOT too expensive to get the pesticides off your plate.

You don’t have to pay extra money for the following produce.

These produce are on the “Do” list.   Why?  1)  Less pesticides are used on them, 2)  They have thicker skins that toxins do not permeate as easily , and/or  3) You peel or cut the skin away.

Eating organic doesn’t have to be “all or nothing.”  You’ve got lots of choices in produce that are fine when conventionally grown. In fact, you can focus on preparing meals with these ingredients, then add the organics as needed.
